Midi App allows you to create and share your personalized link page. We value your privacy and offer a straightforward process for deleting your account and personal data.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account and personal data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to usamidicontact@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered username or email address.

We will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account within 7 business days.

Data deleted and retained

When you request account deletion:

Data that will be permanently deleted:

• Personal information (name, email)
• Custom links and content
• Profile settings and preferences
• Activity history and interactions

Data that may be retained:

• Transaction records (if applicable) - retained for 5 years due to tax obligations
• Aggregated and anonymous data for statistical purposes

Complete deletion of data may take up to 30 days to process across all our systems and backups.
